  • Asthma

  • Asthma is a chronic condition that causes the airways (the tubes that carry air in and out of your lungs) to become inflamed, narrow, and extra sensitive. This makes it harder for air to flow freely, especially during physical activity, exposure to triggers, or when under stress.

  • This sometimes affects my talking; I can't scream much, but mostly my singing. "Asthma doesn't affect singing". Asthma can affect your singing, even though many people think it doesn’t. It narrows your airways, resulting in reduced airflow and making it harder to hold long notes or phrases. You might feel like you’re breathing deeply, but your usable lung capacity is smaller, so controlling your breath gets tricky. Because your body has to work harder to get enough oxygen, you can get tired faster during long performances. Additionally, common irritants such as dust, smoke, perfumes, or cold air, often found in many venues, can trigger asthma symptoms right in the middle of a song. After an asthma attack, your airways can stay sensitive for days, which can affect your voice and stamina. Knowing this can help singers with asthma take better care of their voices and perform at their best.

  • What am I doing to deal with it?

  • I take Albuterol therapy daily. On good days, I take therapy every 6 - 8 Hours, on bad days every 2 hours. I take other medication, but mostly therapy.

  • Considering an alert dog, since one of my doctors said they can alert to an asthma attack 3-5 minutes before it happens.

  • Sadly can’t sing anymore for long periods, so music is AI programmed. I sing only one verse, and even that one verse gets me down for like 2 -3 hours. Then program the voice, the AI only uses my voice as a base, and to know the beat. Lyrics and everything else are 100% mine. I still

  • Small Joints

  • I’ve had ongoing issues with my small joints, and my right knee was operated on because my joints never developed properly. Before the surgery, my right knee would dislocate every year. My left knee has dislocated between three and five times, and I’ve also experienced dislocations in my shoulder and jaw once each.

  • Anxiety

  • I deal with anxiety, which sometimes makes managing these physical challenges even harder.

Please stop asking for more photos of futaba or for me to update the cosplay. I don't play nor watch persona 5 this wasn't a cosplay I wanted to do. My ex wanted me to do it. The cosplay brings bad memories and makes me feel icky. I threw away most things or reused them for other cosplays.
